POSITION SUMMARY:
We are searching for an inspiring, dynamic, and collaborative commercial leader with a successful track record of building and leading high-performing teams, delivering Business to Business (B2B) strategies, and driving a culture of high engagement, accountability, and performance. The Senior Director of B2B Marketing will be responsible for defining the customer strategy, value proposition and account execution plans for Organized Health System (OHS) customers and Payors within the Addiction Sciences business unit focused on expanding treatment for OUD patients, including access to SUBLOCADE.
The successful candidate will lead B2B Marketing, defining brand strategies and execution plans to achieve business goals across key account segments. The Senior Director, B2B Marketing will report to the Senior Vice President US Marketing and have full accountability for Key Decision Maker (KDM) marketing efforts in the US, overseeing Organized Health Systems, Criminal Justice System and Payor Marketing efforts. This role will collaborate across various teams including (and not limited to) Account Field Teams, Market Access, Commercial Sales, Government Affairs, Medical Affairs, Channel, Analytics, Finance and Operations. This role is highly visible and critical to the success of Indivior. The role is a key member of the US Brand Leadership team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and lead a best-in-class B2B marketing team that drives strategic brand direction and delivers customer-specific solutions across systems—including field access teams, payor accounts, CJS, conferences, and digital platforms.
Own the strategic marketing approach for B2B customers, especially across Organized Health Systems, Payors, and the Criminal Justice System—recognizing the scale and complexity of each segment.
Ensure appropriate B2B marketing plans and value solutions are developed and executed, aligned to brand strategies. Examples include customer facing value tools, peer education presentations, strategy & execution plans for conferences, and B2B digital platforms / websites to educate key decision makers.
Lead and manage the B2B marketing team, as well as working collaboratively with all field divisions, fostering a unified team approach in our efforts to build existing marketing and access capabilities.
Serve as the commercial subject matter expert for training—guiding development for internal teams and customer-facing field roles.
Build and maintain partnerships with associations, health system influencers, and advocacy organizations to shape policy and expand treatment access.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing, strategic account management, health and reimbursement policy. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Map evolving reimbursement evolutions across Plans, including Medicaid, to inform organization of challenges and opportunities as it relates to medication utilization.
Inform the organization on current quality measures and payment models that will shift behavioral health treatment models and guide new settings for customer engagement.
Set clear KPIs and own the measurement of performance against strategic account plans, enabling quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.
Set budgets, secure corporate resources and manage budget to achieve objectives.
Ensure a compliance focus to ensure that all promotional activities are fully compliant with Company policies and Legal and Regulatory guidelines, including copy review for promotional tools & resources.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an innovative, build & execute mindset while easily collaborating cross functionally to achieve results in a high-energy, fast fast-paced environment. Must have a demonstrated ability to set strategic vision and direction, inspire followership, and communicate with clarity into actionable and measurable plans. Excellent strategic and analytical skills are mandatory as is the ability to communicate complex issues simply and diagnose issues and orchestrate plans to resolve and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pharmaceutical B2B marketing, payor and/or health systems account management.
More specifically, it is anticipated that the ideal candidate will possess the following:
15+ years of related experience in the pharma/biotech industry with a proven, consistent history of high performance in a broad range of leadership roles of increasing responsibility.
8+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving results and driving brand innovation with a B2B/account management focus.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills to inspire commercial teams to achieve elevated levels of performance.
Strong understanding of healthcare models and utilization management measures that impact policy, health systems protocol and HCP prescribing requirements.
Expert level knowledge of reimbursement and market access strategies across organized health systems, outpatient clinic. Experience and familiarity with criminal justice system healthcare delivery preferred.
Experience in the commercialization of long acting specialty medications and/or HCP administered injectables is highly desired.
Significant product management experience in marketing leadership roles – leading execution across channels such as field (account/access), conferences, and digital/media.
Strong track record of creating and leading high-performance teams and creating a culture of high engagement and accountability. Lead with a one-team mindset.
Sales, Account Management and National/Regional Payer field management experience is highly preferred.
Strong executive presence with the ability to set vision and strategy at the National level and lead the organization through inspiration.

EDUCATION
An undergraduate degree is required. An advanced degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences is highly preferred.
