Project Site Coordinator - remote
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options

Description
To organize, facilitate, and coordinate project initiatives from inception through implementation, under the direction, guidance, and mentorship of Project/Program Manager or management.
Provide life cycle, day-to-day support to projects of medium to large scope and impact.
Support site co-ordinations, build and maintain site migration schedules for hardware/software upgrades, submit change requests, manage timelines associated with multiple sites, provide on-call support and escalations as needed.
Liaise with cross-functional teams and manage readiness templates with applicable information.
Demonstrate working knowledge of the business unit's activities, processes, products or services. Maintain effective communications and relationships with internal business partners and teams.
Perform moderately complex/varied tasks with moderate latitude
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring schedules, resources, and documentation are well-maintained.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to track project milestones and deliverables
Responsibilities
Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit &/or across the organization - Assist in coordination activities.
Determine project requirements - Participate in meetings, assist/lead site coordination activities for hardware/software upgrades to ensure site migration readiness.
Prepare, collect and manage project data and templates with applicable information, create/manage vendor change tickets.
Coordinate and liaise with multiple cross-functional teams (i.e. engineering, delivery teams, on-site technicians, support teams, vendors and project stakeholders) to ensure appropriate information gathering/distribution.
Provide on-call support during migrations, coordinate and serve as an escalation Point.
Provide oversight and raise risks to project/program management as needed.
Be flexible with schedule/work hours to support the coordination and management of migrations conducted outside of core tasks and business hours.
Prepare project plans, schedules, change requests, communications and staffing requirements - Moderately complex/Varied.
Monitor and maintain project/program schedule, documentation, progress and change requests and provide weekly status updates.
Escalate project issues to Project Manager and/or management for resolution.
Identify and track cross project dependencies and impacts; communicate issues and provide solutions.
Organize and attend meetings and distribute minutes to project team members.
Collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments.
Produce reports for management and make presentations on project/program progress.
Identify and recommend process improvements to Project Manager, team, and/or management
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Familiarity with project/program management processes and methodologies
Experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
Advanced experience and proficiency in the usage of documentation/organizational tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc.
Exposure to principles, practices and activities related to process mapping
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in working with diverse internal and external contacts
Ability to compile, organize and present information clearly and concisely
Advanced in the use of PCs and related software packages.
