Join Our Team as a Client Relationship Manager!
PURPOSE:
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless benefit administration? As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be a key player in our Account Management Team, providing day-to-day expertise and serving as the primary contact for resolving service issues. You'll cultivate long-term relationships with client HR staff, brokers, and consultants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Your in-depth knowledge of products, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance will promote trust and confidence among our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for client's HR staff, addressing service questions with personalized, comprehensive, and timely responses.
Problem Solving : Demonstrate independent thinking and flexibility while handling requests related to benefit administration, enrollment, billing, claims, operating procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Communication : Utilize superior communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve or triage inquiries, ensuring issues are documented, tracked, coordinated, and closed efficiently.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, active relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and promoting customer trust and satisfaction.
Expert Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of benefit administration, system platforms, vendor partnerships, and corporate and medical policies to provide quick and accurate assistance.
Support and Collaboration: Support the Account Manager in conducting nationwide educational and communication meetings, both in person and virtually. Partner with the onboarding and account management team to deliver an exceptional client experience during new business implementation and account retention.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 3 years of experience in sales, sales support, implementation, benefit administration, or customer service.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a sales administration role and sales/customer support experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Communication : Superior communication skills and knowledge of employee benefits issues to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
Problem Solving: Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, responsive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required; basic working knowledge of PowerPoint is preferred. Knowledge of production information, technology, and new legislation.
Customer Service Excellence: Ability to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, providing positive customer service to all, including demanding or challenging customers.
Salary Range: $43,344 - $79,464
