PROJECT CONTROLS PROCESS MANAGER

This Position is a Hybrid role that will require onsite in DC area 1-2 days/week

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Project Implementation Controls Process:

Coordinate all Quarterly/Monthly Infrastructure Capital Project Implementation Plan updates

Report on scope changes, total project budgets versus forecasts, and schedule variances versus forecasts. Reports to include project and portfolio KPIs and variance narratives of projects

Ensure interdepartmental distribution of new Project Charters and Project Implementation Plans

Document project contingency use and ensure alignment with Construction Change Order Management (CCOM) System data and project forecasts

Coordinate Project Charter and Project Implementation Plan addendums.

Review project overall schedule performance, coordinate with integrated master schedule (IMS)

Review and update project management and controls processes and procedures; and

Manage Project Reporting Analyst and the development of a Monthly Capital Program Report. Position Requirements

Background and Experience Required

Minimum of bachelor's Degree and six (6) years of project financial and portfolio management experience

In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma and 12 years of project financial and portfolio management experience.

Two (2) years or more of supervisory experience

Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and have experience developing reports from financial and project systems.
