About This Role:

The role of Enterprise Sales Coordinator involves several critical functions within the sales team, particularly focusing on supporting enterprise-level sales operations. Overall, the Enterprise Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the sales process is streamlined and that orders are processed efficiently and accurately. They act as a central point of coordination between sales, service delivery, and the customer, facilitating smooth operations and successful service delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Support: The Enterprise Sales Coordinator provides essential support to the sales team by managing various administrative tasks and processes that facilitate the sales cycle. This includes assisting with order processing, documentation, and communication

Order Enrichment and Acceptance: A key responsibility is to enrich and accept sales orders to ensure they are complete and actionable before moving them to service delivery. This involves verifying order details, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with other departments to address any discrepancies.

Collaboration with Service Delivery: The coordinator works closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation. This includes confirming the accuracy of orders and coordinating installation schedules.

Documentation Management: The role requires meticulous management of sales documentation, including maintaining detailed order notes, updating sales databases, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.

Customer Interaction: The Enterprise Sales Coordinator may interact with customers to clarify order details, address inquiries, and provide updates on order status. This helps maintain strong relationships and ensures customer satisfaction.

Coordination of Resources: The coordinator may also be responsible for coordinating internal resources, such as legal, product teams, and executive sponsors, to address complex sales scenarios or customer requirements.

Process Improvement: Part of the role involves identifying opportunities for improving sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This may include developing new procedures or adopting best practices.
