Betsy Ross Nursing & Rehab Center is a 120-bed facility renowned for providing exceptional rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. We are currently undergoing a LARGE-SCALE RENOVATION UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Our dedicated team of therapists and healthcare professionals is committed to helping our residents achieve optimal health and well-being in a warm and homelike environment.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:

Offer daily support to unit leadership and respond in a timely manner to the needs of residents and their families.

Utilize your nursing skills and judgment to prioritize and deliver quality direct resident care.

Administer standard nursing treatments and medications, observing residents for positive and adverse effects.

Collaborate effectively with the care team to update and revise the Nursing Care Plan based on findings and assessments.

Monitor and document vital signs, treatments given, and residents’ responses accurately.

Prepare and oversee the delegation and evaluation of care tasks carried out by CNAs.

Requirements:

Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York.

A commitment to providing compassionate and clinically sound care.

A cooperative spirit and enthusiasm for creating an environment conducive to rehabilitation.

A genuine interest in providing care to a diverse population, including ill, injured, disabled, and elderly residents.

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

The ability to work well under pressure while collaborating harmoniously with all team members.
