Position Details:

Job Type: Part-Time

Shifts Available: Early morning and afternoon shifts

Location: Primrose School of Leesburg

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing classroom activities and maintaining a positive, engaging learning environment.

Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development through play, structured activities, and one-on-one interactions.

Help ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Build relationships with children, parents, and staff to foster a strong school community.

Supervise children and provide assistance during meals, rest periods, and transitions between activities.

Follow all Primrose School policies and state licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

A love for working with children and a passion for early childhood education.

Previous experience in a childcare setting is a plus but not required.

Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to various classroom settings.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Must be reliable and able to work assigned shifts.
