Your Key Responsibilities

负责项目从报价到量产阶段的全生命周期的项目管理

负责项目规划与执行 制定并跟踪进度计划 预算 资源分配 质量里程碑评审

带领团队进行风险管理 风险的识别 转移 消除与升级

负责项目利润管理 做好开发阶段的成本控制和量产后的成本持续优化

管理客户接口 定期汇报项目进度 并确保客户需求传递和落实 适时升级已确保问题有效解决

Your Qualifications

本科及以上学历 电子信息 机械工程 汽车工程 通信 自动化等相关专业

至少3年以上汽车行业任职经验

熟悉行业五大工具

软性要求

具有良好的持续学习能力

良好的驱动力和组织协调能力

良好的跨文化沟通能力 愿意在国际团队中工作

积极主动 工作勤奋 善于跨团队合作 具有严谨的工作态度 责任心强

良好的英语听说读写能力
