At Circle of Care, Inc., we're on a mission to spread Christian help, healing, and hope across Oklahoma and we're on the lookout for a talented individual to join us as the Director of Parent to Parent Program (P2P) and Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) Program. This position is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and supervision of the P2P and PAL services. This role includes overseeing the implementation of both programs to support fathers and

parents, ensuring effective service delivery, staff supervision, community engagement, and program development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Oversight: Manage and oversee the P2P and PAL services, ensuring that both programs meet their objectives and align with Circle of Care’s mission. This includes overseeing curriculum implementation, case management, and support services.

Supervision: Provide direct leadership and supervision to the P2P Coordinators and the PAL Coordinator. Ensure effective program delivery and support staff development.

Program Development: Develop and execute annual plans for both programs with clear, measurable goals. Address program needs such as training, community outreach, and enhancements.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with the local community to promote both programs. Conduct outreach, presentations, and tours to build partnerships and increase program visibility.

Staff and Administrative Leadership: Lead regular staff meetings to address programmatic issues, encourage team-based solutions, and maintain accurate records. Handle routine administrative functions as needed.

Funding and Resource Development: Research and pursue additional funding opportunities for both programs. Communicate funding needs and opportunities to the Circle of Care Development Team.

Crisis Management and Support: Ensure that resources and support are available for young adults dealing with crises or challenging situations. Coordinate with community services and provide advocacy as needed.

Reporting and Compliance: Maintain compliance with program requirements and reporting standards. Communicate program progress and needs to the Director of Prevention Services regularly.

Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Prevention Services.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a focus on community engagement and staff supervision.

Capability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Ability to build relationships and work effectively with families, community partners, and staff.

Ability to work on-call to respond to campus emergencies.

Ability to travel as required for program management and community engagement.

Ability to lift up 20 pounds.

Ability to ascend and descend stairs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software, with the ability to learn additional tools as needed.

Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive situations with tact.

Flexible and adaptable, with a commitment to working in a social service setting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience: At least five years of experience in a leadership role within the social services, child welfare, family support, community outreach program or related field.

Pass a thorough background check, Department of Transportation check, pre-employment physical, and drug test as required.

Possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

· The PAL job tasks associated with student support and training. In addition outreach, recruitment, and facilitating/supporting workshops.

· The P2P job tasks associated with supervising and supporting P2P coordinators officed at two locations in Cherokee and Tulsa County and managing the program which covers 34 counties.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree

5 years experience (Required)

Experience in a leadership role within the social services, family support, community outreach program or related field.

Oklahoma Driver's License (Required)
