We're hiring Equipment Operators for both day and night shifts in our Aluminum Cast House. Whether you're new to the industry or have experience, we provide comprehensive on-site training to set you up for success.

Pay & Shift Details:

Starting Hourly Rate: $19–$22 /hour (based on experience and job application)

Annual Earnings Potential: $50,000–$60,000+ to start

Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 /hour for night shift

Overtime: Time-and-a-half pay available

Flexible 12-hour shift options

What You'll Do:

As an Equipment Operator in our Cast House, you'll:

Operate equipment to produce aluminum billet from raw materials

Utilize mobile equipment: forklifts, skid steers, overhead cranes

Operate industrial systems: furnaces, saws, casting machines, and lab equipment

Work in a team-focused, safety-first environment
