Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of certified educators.

Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support students' communication needs.

Implement therapeutic strategies as outlined by supervising speech-language pathologists.

Monitor and document student progress and report any significant changes to the appropriate staff.

Facilitate small group or one-on-one sessions to reinforce skills and concepts taught in the classroom.

Maintain accurate records of services provided and attend required meetings and professional development.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Experience working in K-12 educational settings is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and therapeutic techniques.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
