Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
In an educational environment focused on fostering student well-being and academic success, a licensed professional is sought to provide targeted psychological services on a part-time basis (1-2 days a month). This role is essential for addressing the diverse needs of K-12 students, ensuring they receive the support necessary for their development.
Qualifications:
Doctoral or Master's degree in School Psychology or related field
Valid state certification or licensure in School Psychology
Experience working with K-12 students
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Provide psychological assessment and evaluation services for students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff
Offer counseling and support to students and families
Consult with teachers and administrators on students' psychological and educational needs
Conduct crisis interventions and provide support during emergencies
Attend faculty meetings and participate in professional development as required
