Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Qualifications:

Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)

Experience working with pediatric populations

Proficient in IEP development and implementation

Familiarity with Samegoal Plus IEP system

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 22 students

Previous experience in school-based settings preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs

Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective intervention strategies

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and engage in professional development opportunities
