A skilled Registered Nurse is sought for a unique summer position within a K-12 educational environment. This role is focused on providing essential health services to students during the transition period of July, ensuring their safety and well-being as they travel to and from school.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Michigan

Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric care

Strong munication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively with children and educational staff

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Knowledge of health policies and regulations in educational settings

Location:

Canton, MI

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary health professional for students during bus transportation

Monitor and assess student health needs, providing appropriate interventions

Collaborate with school staff to promote health education and safety

Maintain accurate health records and documentation as required
