Job Title: Cleanroom AssemblerResponsibilities
Achieve daily product build quantity goals.
Follow prints and drawings on a computer to perform assembly tasks.
Conduct mechanical assembly using screws, bolts, framing, and housings.
Perform electrical assembly by laying-in wires and connections.
Use quality inspection instruments to check build tolerances.Essential Skills
3-5 years of technical assembly experience of full electromechanical builds.
3-5 years of experience reading assembly drawings and prints.
3-5 years of experience with hand and power tools, including impact drivers, manual and electric screwdrivers, and T-Handle Allen wrenches.
3-5 years of experience reading metric and standard tape measures.
3-5 years of experience using calipers and micrometers.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with height gauges, thread gauges, or similar quality instruments.
Experience with .03 micron tolerance.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean room, climate-controlled setting where complex electro-mechanical assemblies are built. Shifts include 1st (6AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday) with optional overtime. The team comprises 14-16 members, and the dress code includes closed-toe shoes, jeans, and T-shirts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OhioPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.85/hr.
