Pay Rate: $17.00/hr OT Multiplier: 1.5x

Schedule: Day Shift Must be available for overtime and weekends

Job Description

Aerotek is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Picker and Packer position in our clean and climate-controlled warehouse. This role is essential to our production and packaging operations and requires a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform all work in a safe manner and promote a safe work environment

Secure and assemble boxes for packaging

Ensure proper product rotation

Use handheld RF scanners and packaging materials

Operate automatic packaging machines

Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Be available for overtime, including weekends

Perform other tasks as assigned by managementRequired Skills & Qualifications

Attention to detail and reliability are essential

Must be cross-trainable for picker and stacker roles

Experience in picking, production, packaging, and inventory

Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram-based instructions

Problem-solving skills in standardized situations

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods

Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to perform repetitive movements: bend, stretch, twist, reach, lift, push, pull

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to communicate clearly in English (oral and written)Work Environment

Warehouse setting with a neutral climate (not cold or hot)

Clean, organized, and well-maintained

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
