Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Communication Disorders
Valid Ohio state license or eligibility to obtain one
CCC-SLP certification preferred
Previous experience working with elementary to middle school students
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with education staff and families

Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff
Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress
Offer consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding students communication skills
Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows as required
