Position: Part-Time Activity Assistant

Location: Newhaven Court at Lindwood, Greensburg, PA

Pay: $13.10/hour

$250 Sign-On Bonus Paid After 90 Days!

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Every 3rd Weekend: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (once a month)

Your Responsibilities

Plan and lead engaging individual and group activities under the direction of the Life Stages Director

Assist with event setup, newsletters, and activity schedules

Escort residents safely to and from activities

Maintain activity supplies and stay within budget

Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate service

Always protect residents' rights, privacy, and dignity

Who We’re Looking For

We provide paid training from Day 1, so no prior experience is required—just bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Ideal candidates are:

Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Comfortable with routines and working in a fast-paced environment

Punctual with dependable transportation

Able to pass a background check, drug test, and assessment

Relocation

Must be able to relocate to Greensburg, PA 15601, prior to starting work.
