Clinical Supervisor – Children & Adolescent Services (I/DD Programs)
Location: Michigan
Schedule: Full-time Flexible Scheduling Mileage Reimbursement

Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff working with children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role ensures quality care through regular supervision, training, and performance evaluation. The supervisor will oversee compliance with state and funding regulations, manage crisis interventions, and maintain high standards of documentation and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group supervision to clinical staff.
Oversee program compliance with Medicaid Waivers, QI initiatives, and credentialing requirements.
Participate in quality management, interdepartmental collaboration, and community outreach.
Train and support staff in using electronic medical records.
Monitor service delivery and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Attend and report on external meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
LMSW, LLP, or LPC (Michigan License) – Required
1+ year working with children/adolescents with I/DD – Required
Supervisory experience and familiarity with waiver services – Preferred
Experience with EMR systems – Highly Preferred
Must meet CMHP and QIDP criteria within 120 days of hire.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
