Qualifications:
Certified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
Experience in school-based settings, particularly with K-12 students
Familiarity with therapeutic techniques and intervention strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
Support students with individualized education plans (IEPs) by providing targeted intervention
Maintain accurate records of student progress and document therapy sessions
Collaborate with educators and other support staff to create a conducive learning environment
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in therapy delivery
