An exciting opportunity awaits for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking to make a meaningful impact within an elementary school setting in Elgin, IL. This position is designed for the full semester, focusing on providing expert behavioral support and guidance to students three days a week.

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification.

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting.

Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions and techniques.

Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students.

Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement and monitor behavioral strategies.

Conduct training sessions for staff on behavioral techniques and data collection methods.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and outes.

Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
