Located in Alliance, OH, this position offers a unique opportunity to support students in an elementary school. This part-time role, focusing on a K-5th grade caseload, involves working three days a week during the 2025-2026 school year. The primary aim is to assist young learners in overing behavioral challenges and to promote a positive learning environment through targeted interventions and collaborative practices.

Qualifications:

Active Ohio Social Worker License or Ohio Clinical Counselor License

Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in behavior support

Strong understanding of crisis intervention strategies

Ability to attend and contribute to IEP meetings and Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs)

Excellent munication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Provide crisis intervention support and guidance to students and staff

Attend and participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and remendations

Collaborate with educators and other specialists to develop and implement behavior plans

Consult with teachers and parents regarding student behavioral needs and strategies

Assist in the preparation of Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs) as needed
