Senior Full Stack Developer Leader

Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer Leader for a Contract job with a client in Windsor CT(Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have strong leadership in .NET Core and team mentoring; responsible for setting coding standards and leading the development of scalable, high-performance applications.

Rate Range: $95/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Full Stack Developer Leader job responsibilities include:

Leading the design, development, and implementation of .NET Core applications

Mentoring developers and enforcing coding standards across the team

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features

Driving continuous improvements in application performance, scalability, and maintainability

Participating in technical planning, code reviews, and agile development processes

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and RESTful APIs

Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization

Proficiency in Git and Source Control Systems

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery cycles

Pay Details: $95.00 to $100.00 per hour
