Job Description
Join our Teflon department, where you will work with various powders to mix, press into cylinder shapes, and utilize machining tools to form seals or rings. Utilize a variety of tooling to achieve precision and efficiency in production.
Responsibilities
Operate machines to process and shape materials into desired forms.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
Utilize measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality.
Maintain continuous attention to operations to ensure smooth workflow.Essential Skills

Competency in using measuring tools.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment
Work in a well-maintained facility with some exposure to wet, dirt, or other conditions when in production areas. Safety is a priority, so steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required. Join a union environment that supports and protects its workers.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57158.00 - $58718.40/yr.
Starting wage $27.48/hour plus $.75/hour shift differential, and hour wage increases every 9-months in addition to annual compensation increases.
No mandatory overtime.
Temperature controlled work environment.
12 scheduled holidays and 2 floating holidays.
Benefits on 1st of the month following 30-days of employment
Company paid dental for you and your dependents
PPO medical plan contribution for employee only coverage $15/week.
