Qualifications:
Valid Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License (SLP-CCC)
Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
Strong organizational skills and ability to draft IEPs independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a caseload of 34 students across two schools
Location:Cottage Grove, OR
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals during IEP meetings
Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and services
