Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students occupational therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services to students from birth to Pre-K
Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support student progress
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student outcomes
Ensure compliance with all state regulations and school policies regarding therapy services
