Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist License

Clinical Fellowship candidates are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with K-12 students

Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and therapy techniques

Responsibilities:

Assess and provide intervention for students with speech and language disorders

Manage a caseload of 45 to 50 students, developing tailored therapeutic strategies

Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP compliance

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities

Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings to enhance communication skills
