SWK Technologies is at the forefront of providing advanced IT solutions, and we are looking for a dedicated NOC Support Technician to enhance our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our customers' network environments to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This is a remote first position with occasional on-site work for projects and support.
As a NOC Support Technician, you will work with various tools to identify issues proactively, resolve incidents, and provide technical support for our clients' infrastructure. You will be essential in maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency. Requirements
Minimum 2 years intensive hands on experience with network, LAN/WAN design, maintenance and support, SAN support and design, firewalls, backup, MS Office and Antivirus software.
Minimum 2 years Managed Service Provider, RMM Platform, and Ticketing system experience required. Strong working knowledge of Hyper-V and/or Vmware. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, A+ Certification, Network +, Additional network certifications beneficial.
Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
