The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multi-touch payroll processes for a diverse workforce across multiple states. This role involves working with various payroll systems, including Workday, ADP SmartCompliance, and ADP Workforce for timekeeping. The position is full onsite and offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

Salary: $25-$30/hr.
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst for a full onsite, temporary-to-permanent position.
Responsible for managing and processing payroll for a diverse workforce across multiple states.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Work with various payroll systems, including Workday, ADP SmartCompliance, and ADP Workforce for timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process biweekly and weekly payrolls for exempt, nonexempt, and union employees.
Assist in the implementation of Workday for payroll processing.
Ensure seamless integration with ADP SmartCompliance for taxes and garnishments.
Handle payroll for employees across 9-10 states, ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations.
Process payroll for a workforce of 3,500 employees, with the majority working in the field.
Manage up to 4 pay groups, with each analyst handling payroll for at least 1,000 employees.
Process bonuses and manage timekeeping using ADP Workforce.
Ensure all payroll processing is done in-house, except for tax and garnishment handling.
Maintain compliance with union agreements and multi-state regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-state environment.
Familiarity with Workday, ADP SmartCompliance, and ADP Workforce.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
Excellent Excel skills; candidates will be required to pass an Excel assessment during the interview process.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
