Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Clinical Director to join our team and be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement behavior intervention strategies effectively.

Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management techniques.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify specific behavioral challenges and recommend appropriate interventions.

Stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.

Be the leader and mentor for the clinic under the direction of the Clinical Director

Coordinate and train those working on Fieldwork Experience

This role requires a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

Proficient in patient assessment techniques and methodologies.

License/Certification: BCBA Required

Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.

Excellent data collection skills for tracking client progress and outcomes.

Ability to maintain detailed medical records while ensuring confidentiality.

Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with clients, families, and team members.

Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis and intervention strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism
