Senior Salesforce Developer Leader

Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer Leader for a Contract job with a client in Windsor, CT(Hybrid). The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding and integration best practices, with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.

Rate Range: $95/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Salesforce Developer Leader job responsibilities include:

Leading the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions and integrations

Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce tools

Establishing and enforcing development standards, code quality, and best practices across teams

Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical leadership

Collaborating with stakeholders to define and drive the Salesforce roadmap aligned with business goals

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 5+ years in a technical leadership role

Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs

Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security/sharing models, and role hierarchies

Proven experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (e.g., Git)

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and enterprise-level implementations

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development frameworks and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

Pay Details: $95.00 to $100.00 per hour
