Job Description
The Automation Technician will troubleshoot and conduct repair and preventive maintenance for injection molding machines and support equipment.. You will be responsible for maintenance and repairs, equipment calibration, and robotic troubleshooting, with a focus on electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, repair, or replace auxiliary equipment including PLC’s and Robotics including Yaskawa, Yushin, and Whiteland.
Know injection-molding machine general maintenance, troubleshooting, debugging and repair as needed.
Perform daily checks of all injection molding equipment as outlined on the preventive maintenance schedule.
Troubleshoot and conduct repair for electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems by following diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer's instructions and engineering specifications.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position offers different shifts: 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm and 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 7:30am. Training will occur during day shifts for the first month.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $88000.00/yr.
