Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Qualifications:
Current Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist License
CCC-SLP certification preferred
Experience in healthcare and educational settings
Proficient in pediatric speech therapy
Familiarity with PreK-12th grade caseloads
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
