The Opportunity:

LiquidStack is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Offer & Capture Management to lead our efforts in developing compelling offers and winning strategic deals within the rapidly expanding data center and liquid cooling market. This pivotal role, reporting to the CEO, will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs, competitive positioning, and our overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall offer strategy for data center liquid cooling solutions, incorporating market trends, customer requirements, and competitive analysis to create innovative and differentiated value propositions.

Define offer requirements, features, and benefits in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Lead the end-to-end capture planning and proposal development process for strategic opportunities, including opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, win strategy development, and the creation of compelling customer-facing materials.

Drive the development of pricing strategies and commercial models in partnership with Finance to maximize profitability and win probability, while ensuring financial viability of offers.

Manage the bid and proposal lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions, and collaborate with Legal on contract reviews and risk mitigation.

Translate market intelligence into actionable insights to inform offer development and capture strategies.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of offer and capture professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized processes and tools for offer development and capture management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Work closely with Sales leadership to align offer strategies with sales targets and customer acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in offer management, product marketing, business development, or capture management within a technology-driven industry.

Proven track record of developing winning offers and successfully capturing strategic deals.

Strong understanding of pricing strategies, commercial models, and contract negotiation.

Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a pan-geo atmosphere building strong relationships globally.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with solution selling and complex technical offerings.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Significant experience and deep understanding of the data center and/or liquid cooling market.
