Job Description
Ampsight is seeking a Strategic Partnerhips Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency and execution of cybersecurity initiatives across the organization. This role ensures the smooth coordination of security programs, maintains compliance with relevant standards, and enhances communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of cybersecurity programs, including scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and tracking deliverables.
Maintain documentation for cybersecurity processes, policies, and program activities.
Monitor program metrics (e.g., patching compliance, training completion, audit readiness) and generate reports for leadership.
Collaborate with IT, compliance, and other departments to ensure seamless implementation of cybersecurity initiatives.
Identify process gaps and work with teams to implement improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and security posture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in program operations, project coordination, or IT/cybersecurity administration.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Jira, or GRC platforms is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience working with cybersecurity teams or in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
