Job Title: Clean Room Assembler - 1st Shift

Job Description

Join our team as a full-time production associate on the 1st shift, where you will play a crucial role in testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. This position offers a consistent schedule from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday. As part of a light industrial assembly team, you will engage in tasks such as manually connecting hoses, ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Perform testing, inspection, and light assembly tasks.

Operate machinery and handle packaging duties.

Adhere to assembly metrics, assembling designated pieces.

Participate in quality assurance and control activities.

Maintain good attendance and contribute to team goals.Essential Skills

Basic computer skills

Assembly line experience

General production knowledge

Proficiency in using hand tools and test equipment

Experience in testing, soldering, and inspectionAdditional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to perform paperwork independently

Capability to change a tire

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
