Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Call customers for purposes of communicating or coordinating project schedules and/or respond to general inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist with Vendor setup and coordinate to receive all required documents.
Generate Work Orders and Change Orders upon request from Project Manager.
Update Invoice Tracking spreadsheet/Payment Applications.
Code and track invoices and receipts across several projects.
Organize regular compliance and safety meetings for crew members.
Maintain job files ensuring all job pertinent reports and documents, including budget worksheets, invoices, project reports, financial, and communications are properly filed.
Prepare and organize daily reports for Project Manager and clients.
Document daily updates and prepare meeting materials for client meetings.
Assist project team with project startup/closeout tasks including office mobilization and demobilization.
Establish document control and archiving procedure inclusive of all external archive project documents in accordance to the company's general practices.
Ensure proper documentation of subcontractor files, subcontracts, and subcontractor change orders, preliminary notices lien waivers, and other project related compliance.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure subcontractors meet project specific compliance requirements including reviewing and maintaining proper insurance and prequalification.
Work within accounting deadlines to ensure subcontractor and vendor invoices are processed with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)
2+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
Prior experience in document control on multifamily/mixed-use projects, including performing certified payroll a plus.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and/or MS Project is preferred)
