Job Description
Job Title: Weekend CNC Swiss Machinist $32-$36/hr
Responsibilities
Perform full set-ups of CNC Swiss machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
Read and interpret complex blueprints.
Set up machines to hold precise tolerances of +/- 0.0002.
Conduct an average of one setup per shift, with potential for more depending on job requirements.
Work with parts ranging from sizes as small as a fingernail.
Operate and edit CNC programs at the machine.Essential Skills
3+ years of CNC lathe set-up experience.
2+ years of machining experience in a medical or aerospace environment, holding tolerances of +-.0002.
Ability to read and understand CNC programs and operational layouts.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with live-tooling or multi-axis operations preferred.
Knowledge of tooling applications for exotic metals is a plus.
Understanding of tooling requirements for machine set-up and operation, including pre-setting of tools.Why Work Here

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr.
- Climate Controlled and super clean
- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)
- 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that
- Average tenure is 10+ years
- 12% shift differential

- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits
