Job Description
The Final Test Tech role involves the selection of specialized test equipment, set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of moderately complex circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. You will develop test specifications, methods, and procedures, monitor progress, relay concerns, and provide status reports. The position requires planning layouts and performing complex testing operations while working independently with moderate supervision.
Responsibilities
Select specialized test equipment and perform set-up, calibration, and testing of circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies.
Troubleshoot moderately complex circuits and components.
Develop test specifications, methods, and procedures.
Monitor progress and provide status reports.
Plan layouts and perform complex testing operations.Essential Skills
Three years of functional/final testing experience on gas panel pallets or similar equipment.
Experience with helium leak testing.
Familiarity with gas flow schematics and ability to identify components on the schematic.
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook email.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Direct helium testing experience on gas panels from companies like AMAT, UCT, or similar.
Good visual and manual understanding of related mechanics, flow control elements, and MRP concepts.
Ability to read complicated drawings and use handbook formulas and testing instruments.
Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and 10-key.
Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean room semiconductor production environment, with a team of about 15 people per shift. Work hours are divided into two shifts: 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, and 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11 PM. Candidates must be comfortable wearing protective smocks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Texas.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
