Shift: day shift, Monday - Friday

Work in a fast-paced, team-driven manufacturing environment

Operate machinery and handle materials used in composite production

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines

Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment, monitoring production lines, and performing quality checks to meet daily production goals.

Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment

Monitor production processes and inspect finished products for quality

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience

We're looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn and grow within the company. Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures

Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
