Join Our Team as a Special Education Teacher

We are looking for a Special Education Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year in Chesterfield, SC. You will work with two self-contained classrooms:

3-5-year-olds with developmental delays

5-8-year-olds with intellectual disabilities

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IEPs

Provide instruction in self-contained classrooms

Adapt lessons to meet student needs

Use positive behavior strategies

Collaborate with staff and parents

Track student progress and communicate with families

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Special Education (or related field)

South Carolina Special Education Certification (or ability to obtain)

Preferred: Experience with young children with special needs
