Partners Personnel is now hiring a Rework Technician for a local PCB manufacturer in San Jose!

Job Title: Rework Technician

Pay Rate: $21-30/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Responsibilities of a Rework Tech:

- Perform touch-up and rework tasks on electronic components using microscopes.

- Remove simple low current connections.

- Operate hot plates and heat guns.

- Work with quality assurance teams to meet product standards.

Job Requirements of a Rework Tech:

- Experience with electronics assembly or manufacturing preferred.

- Ability to use microscope and handle delicate components.

- Basic knowledge of hot plates and heat guns preferred.

- Pass background & E-verify.
