Professional Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in the staffing industry, Professional/Clerical/Finance/Banking/Legal/Customer Service etc. Additional experience as an HR Generalist (and could be past recruiter) experience either from a corporate role or a staffing firm (but NOT Lite Industrial)
· Ability to multi-task
· Experience using an ATS or CRM (Tempworks, Avionte, Bullhorn, or other)
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to problem solve
