Qualifications:

Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence)

Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings

Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs

Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention

Collaborate with educational staff and parents to support student goals

Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes
