Responsibilities:

Perform financial analytics including variance analysis around the information disclosed in the internal and external reports/disclosures.

Responsible for the preparation ofthe annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP and international accounting standardsfor the Companys legal entities.

Support management byleading andcompleting projectsimpacting financial reporting.

Daily trade processing and reconciliation of cash balances

Daily/Monthly reconciliation of investment positions and market values

Confirming the validity of corporate actions and significant price changes

Review of accruals and expense items

Calculation and recording management fees and incentive fees

Preparation of investor allocation

Confirming investor capital statement

Preparation of the fund's financial statements

Work with CFO to maintain Companys control framework, process narratives, and flowcharts.

Responsible for the preparation of the Companys monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Strong accounting background with a solid knowledge of US GAAP

Strong knowledge of financial products (i.e., equities, futures, fixed income)

2-3-year industry experience with financial services hedge/venture funds

Understanding of securities valuation, settlement properties and attributes

Understanding of the hedge/venture funds under administration (legal structure, investment objective, fee structure, liquidity provisions, etc.)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills

Meticulous and impeccable keen attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels

Ability to work under pressure

Crypto Currency fund Experiences preferable

CPA or CPA candidate a plus
