Transformation House, a leader in Behavioral Healthcare, is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, providing essential support to our staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner

Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues

Assist users with basic technical problems and escalate complex issues as needed

Set up computers and phones for new employees

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of computers and related equipment

Identify recurring issues and contribute to employee training materials

Provide IT support via phone, email, and in person

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to follow established procedures and protocols
