We are seeking multiple full-time Paralegals to support our attorneys in litigation, estate planning, disaster recovery, and related legal matters. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the firm's legal processes run smoothly and efficiently as we continue to grow.

Compensation

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Provide direct legal support to attorneys in litigation and other practice areas

Draft, review, and organize legal documents, filings, and correspondence

Coordinate case timelines, manage deadlines, and maintain case files

Conduct legal research and assist in trial preparation

Support client intake and communication with cultural sensitivity and professionalism

Work collaboratively with internal legal staff and other paralegals

Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with all legal procedures

Contribute to building a streamlined, in-house paralegal team to support firm-wide operationsQualifications:

Proven experience as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience supporting litigation preferred

Commitment to serving culturally diverse communities in New Mexico

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not requiredAbout Company
