Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand their business goals, regulatory landscape, and technical ecosystems, translating insights into tailored SaaS solution designs.
Serve as the primary technical contact from pre-sales through implementation, ensuring proposed architectures are feasible, scalable, and compatible with the broader platform.
Partner with internal teams-including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Success-to ensure solution alignment and seamless delivery.
Ensure all client implementations meet financial industry regulatory standards (e.g., SEC, FINRA, 17a-4) and adhere to internal security and data governance policies.
Oversee technical onboarding, including data migration, system configuration, and secure integrations using APIs or other technologies.
Provide clients with strategic advice on best practices for using the platform to enhance compliance processes and reduce operational risk.
Stay current on industry regulations, SaaS architectural trends, and emerging technologies to continually refine solution strategies.
Create and maintain thorough documentation, such as solution blueprints, integration guides, and architecture diagrams, to support both internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role within SaaS or financial services technology.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong grasp of SaaS architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), APIs, data security, and compliance frameworks.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial services operations, compliance processes, and regulatory standards.
Communication: Excellent ability to convey technical concepts in accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
