The Opportunity: Construction Manager (Entry-Level)
No construction experience required. We will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Daily Documentation:
Create detailed meeting notes for virtual and in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate daily logs and photo records.
Update infrastructure trackers.
Respond promptly to inquiries regarding photos, meeting notes, and log entries.
Safety and Compliance:
Conduct weekly client safety inspections and report statistics.
Perform regular jobsite camera audits.
Implement and ensure compliance with the Client Cares safety program.
Attend 3rd party inspections and escalate concerns.
Communication and Collaboration:
Escalate project issues to the client team.
Ensure GC provides weekly schedule updates.
Build rapport with GC through regular interactions.
Update Continuous Improvement and Lessons Learned trackers.
Coordination and Support:
Coordinate OFCI equipment deliveries and attend vendor meetings.
Facilitate customer site visits.
Qualifications:
Eager to Learn: Strong desire to learn about construction and take on new responsibilities.
Excellent Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Independent and Resourceful: Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and learn core processes.
Professionalism: Maintains a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using and adapting to new technologies.
