Job Description
The Sous Chef will be responsible for the management and training of all areas of operation of the kitchen. Providing exceptional service to our exclusive clientele will require an individual that has a passion for service and a knack for working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner.
Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production.
Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, presentation, and adherence to recipes in conjunction with the specifications of the member or Executive Chef.
Must be hands on and be able to work all stations.
Create and produce daily specials with the direction of the Executive Chef
Qualifications
Knowledgeable in various cooking and baking techniques
Excellent communication and prioritization skills
Must have prior culinary and culinary leadership experience
SERV safe certification required.

Salary and Schedule
Annual salary $65,000.
FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: availability required Monday - Saturday, 1 PM -10 PM. Hours may vary. Occasional holiday availability may be required.

Created in 1912 by a group of business professionals interested in promoting social and athletic endeavors, the ACC remains an integral part of the Columbus business and political communities. The Club is rich in history and tradition and operates with an eye toward the future and an openness to change, diversity, and inclusion. The ACC is a haven for approximately 1,500 members and their families.
